Mental health concerns and stressors on relationships have increased significantly since the Covid-19 pandemic. Family Service Saskatoon is urgently seeking additional funding to support counselling services (sliding fee scale ensures that counselling is accessible to all) in key locations in Saskatoon and surrounding communities. Our office is conveniently located in downtown Saskatoon at the YWCA Village (510 25th St. E,, Suite #102). You can stop in Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm (closed 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm) to make your donation.

Community Impact

Family Service Saskatoon meets the diverse needs of the community by developing and providing programming that creates resilience for individuals and families that need support. Key programming includes counselling services, outreach services, and group therapeutic sessions – all designed to respond to the emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs of clients. We provide approximately 700 hours of group sessions and 3500 hours of counselling annually.

Financial Breakdown

Family Service Saskatoon provides critical support to Saskatoon and region residents as they learn skills to overcome the day-to-day challenges of family breakdown, parenting, Intimate partner violence, abuse, recovery from addictions, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns. The majority of our services are provided free of charge or at a nominal fee thanks to the generosity of our funders and donors like you. Thank you for your care!
