Item Donations

Due to the compromised immune systems of our children we are unable to accept items that have been previously used.

Donations can be dropped off in person at our house at 1011 University Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0K4, between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm 7 days a week.

Community Impact

Ronald McDonald House Charities Saskatchewan has supported over 25734 families since 1985 at the House, and 17796 families in the Prince Albert Family Room since 2016. Providing accommodations and support for families while their child is receiving medical treatment in Saskatoon or Prince Albert.

Financial Breakdown

A child’s illness can put a terrible strain on a family both emotionally and financially but RMHC-SK can ease some of the financial burden by offering beautiful accommodations at the House for a contribution of $10.00 per night. The operating budget for the organization in 2024 is $2.9 million dollars.

Our Philosophy

When children are sick RMHC-SK gives them what they need most… their families by providing a care and comfort in a homelike environment. It has been proven that having family by a sick child it improves the wellbeing of that child. We truly believe that having family by their side during an illness improves the well-being of the child. RMHC-SK prides itself on maintaining a warm, comforting, safe atmosphere where families have the opportunity to connect.
