More about us

Community Impact

Sanctum Care Group’s interventions are funded based on proven outcomes, including a decrease in acute care utilization through a reduction in emergency room (ER) visits, hospital admissions and length of stay as well as statistically significant improved health and social outcomes for the populations we serve. We have a proven model of care that provides statistically significant outcomes at a substantially lower cost model than current models.

Financial Breakdown

Financial donations go towards the ongoing operations of our critical programs and services. We are funded based on our ability to provide proven outcomes. Our outcomes have exceeded the expectations of our funders and supporters by demonstrating significant improvements in all areas from patient outcomes to acute care diversion, and prevention of the harmful impacts of the foster care system.

Our Philosophy

We provide dignified, non-judgmental and unconditional care to people living with or at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS or with complicated health care needs. Sanctum’s vision is for a community in which individuals requiring this assistance can attain their optimum level of health from their perspective, minimizing their vulnerability and maximizing their control and dignity. Sanctum recognizes the need to provide care with humility and without prejudice.
